About Us
To learn more about us you’ll have to know more about where we came from. Lukava, the parent company of StrataFile, was born from the need for technology services in the real estate sector. Lukava is primarily a custom software development shop located in downtown Denver on Larimer Square. We build applications and software solutions for companies across the business spectrum but our focus has always been real estate centric technology.
Having worked with title companies, law firms and many real estate offices over the past 10 years we’ve become familiar with their processes, their workflow and their technology. One of the areas we thought we could help these entities was in the electronic document recording process. What existed was cumbersome and reliant on technology which was burdensome to maintain and problematic to use. We thought we could do better and set out to create StrataFile; a scalable, completely cloud based document recording application which knows county requirements before the user does.
